If you have not previously logged into the Online Billing application, the Change Password page will display, and you will be prompted to change your password before continuing. The Change Password page also displays when you click Account Information on the navigation bar and choose the Change Password option.
To change your password:
Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
Enter the hint for your new password in the New Hint field.
The required fields on this page are noted with asterisks.
If at any point before submitting the form you want to clear it and begin again, click Reset.
