The Account List page displays after you log in successfully. If you are using the application for the first time, then this page will not display until you have changed your password.
The list displayed on this page represents each separator associated with the account number used to log in. Your account number is printed on your bill.
The page contains the following fields:
Total Due The total amount currently due for the account.
Option Check this box if you would like to view detail or make a payment for that particular account.
Account The full account plus separator number.
Status The status of the account. This value could be Active, Inactive, New Applicant, or Previous Account.
Meter The meter number for the account. This value displays as 0 for consumers classified as new applicants, as well as for previous accounts (Bad Debt).
Service Address The actual location of the service (may be different from the billing address).
Account Balance The total amount due for each individual account. If the account is a budget or levelized account, then the budget bill balance displays instead of the true account balance. If the account is past due, then the current balance and any past due amounts are displayed.
