There is a Contact Support button displayed in the navigation bar on each page within the Online Billing application. The Contact Support page is displayed any time the Contact Support button is clicked. You can use this page to send us messages regarding questions, comments, problems, or suggestions.
To use the form on this page:
Enter the account number that your message is regarding in the Account Number field. If this option is selected after the you log in, the Account Number is populated with the same one used during the login process.
Enter your name in the Customer Name field.
Enter your phone number in the Telephone Number field.
From the Contact Me drop-down, select the most appropriate time of day for a representative to contact you by phone.
From the Contact Me By drop-down, select your preferred contact method.
Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail field.
Select the type of message you are sending from the Subject drop-down.
Enter your message in the Message field.
Click Submit.
The required fields on this page are noted with asterisks.
If at any point before submitting the form you want to clear it and begin again, click Reset.
