The Password Help page displays when you click the Password Help button on the Customer Login page. Based upon the information that you enter on this page, we can either display your password hint or e-mail your password to you.
Enter your account number in the Account Number field.
Enter the last four digits of your home telephone number in the Telephone Number field.
If you would like to have your password e-mailed to your address on record, check the E-mail My Password box.
If there are multiple separators for the account number entered, the application will search for the lowest active separator in determining if there is a telephone number and/or an e-mail address for the account number entered.
If you choose to have your password e-mailed to you, it will be sent to your address on record. If you do not have an e-mail address on record, an edit message will display.
If you do not check the box to have your password e-mailed, your password hint will display when you click Submit.
If at any point before submitting the form you want to clear it and begin again, click Reset.
